Inside the exhibition hall, you enter a world of spectacular colors. Large orbs of glass dot the bases of many displays while slender shafts rise towards the ceilings.
Massive towers of glass tentacles look so fragile as they grow from their earth-bound platforms.
In some places delicate chandeliers hang from above while in others plates of glass create a colorful ceiling for you to walk under.
Outside in the garden you will find more glass sculptures mixed in with the beautiful gardens.
Since the Chihuly Garden and Glass is located in the shadows of the Space Needle, one fun thing to try and photograph is the reflection of the Space Needle in the glass balls of the garden.
And if for some reason you forget your camera, there are usually several nice photographers that will snap a photo of you for free so that you can have something to remember your visit.
Chihuly Garden and Glass should be on your short list of things to do while in Seattle. If you would like to see more photos from our visit head over to our photo website. BG Customs Photography.
