We opted for the powdercoated version and we think it turned out fantastic. We couldn't be happier. After a trip to the local Walmart for some butane and siphoning some gas out of the hearse we would soon be terrorizing the neighborhood.
We are lucky enough to have a large driveway. The flamethrower shoots well over 25 feet so you need to make sure you aren't going to light anything on fire that you don't really intend on igniting.
The Ion Production Team has done a great job at making this as safe as they can. It's up to you not to do anything stupid with it.
