Inside the Armory was an odd mix of vintage steel. All the vehicles under the roof were by invitation only.
A fantastic 1951 Woody Wagon was included in the mix.

Outside it was looking like rain but luckily it stayed away while we were at the show. It gave everyone the chance to check out the details that make these hot rods so great.
From the crazy department comes Greg Bastien's 1960 Cadillac Sedan DeVille powered by a 5.9L Cummins Turbo diesel with an Eaton M90 Supercharger. Since we still have our 1963 Cadillac hearse waiting in Bubba's Garage for her 468ci w/ BDS 8-71 blower we were very interested in his setup.
So I am still shopping for a new ride and I think I want a wagon. I am not sure what type of wagon but there were a few at Jalopyrama to look at. I kind of liked Rob Bohuslav's 1961 Plymouth Suburban Wagon. Peg says we can only get a wagon if it has two doors. Figures, that will make it more expensive.
The 10th Annual Jalopyrama in Annapolis, Maryland definitely had that classic hot rod show feel about it. Be sure to check it out next year and if you went this year tell us what you thought about it.
