What else is there to do at Shenandoah Caverns?

While you are waiting to explore Shenandoah Caverns in Virginia don't forget to check out Main Street of Yesteryear. Located in the same building where the caverns tour starts is a collection of antique department store window displays. Your nostalgic stroll will take you past several animated displays that have been restored to there original condition.

As you walk up the stairs to the second floor you are greeted by a trio of fuzzy bears that were once part of the Rose Bowl Parade.

Experience the nostalgia of a three-ring circus of clowns, jugglers, twirling elephants, and ferocious tigers powered by 40 motors that generate the action under the big tent. 

Thrill to the sight of the Presidential Inaugural parade, complete with miniature military units, bands, and floats. Watch the fairy tale come to life as Cinderella goes to the ball." 

Since the displays are all free to view you might as well make a quick pass through Main Street of Yesteryear (but don't miss your tour of the caverns for it).
